Trinity Learning Centers

   bout
Us

We are a Faith Based Learning Learning Center in Princeton, Texas for Preschool children ages 2+ to 5 years and school aged children offering before/after care. Our center is small group focused so the children can receive one-on-one attention and make life time friendship and create intimacy within families.

Our Learning Center focus is learning through play, exploration in a Faith-Based atmosphere with parental participation. We have created a hybrid learning environment using some pedagogies from the Montessori Approach (hands-on, discovery-interest based), Whole Group/Small Group Approach (for instructional time), Waldorf Approach (artistic and creative), Nature Play, and Faith Based Approach.

We call the combination of these pedagogies that we developed, The Trinity Educational Approach.

Learning Together

Our     hilosophy

We believe that your child is a gift from God and capable of great things with appropriate nurturing and safe opportunities for exploration and discovery. To partner with you in drawing out the greatness in your child, we strive to create a community atmosphere between children, teachers, and all families. We learn together, play together, and grow together.

Curriculum, Programs,& Services

AT TLCS we use our own created curriculum called The Trinity Curriculum (TTC) and as support, we also utilize other effective curricula. Your child will have plenty of opportunities to explore and discover through play, our centers, and other areas such as Dramatic Play, Reading, Free Play, STEAM, Art, Music, Spanish, Bible and more. The children at TLCS are encouraged to develop to their fullest potential through their continual involvement in activities such as circle/group time, centers, role play, creative activities, field trips and more.

Your child will be given weekly home activities according to the teacher’s discretion. This is to foster a bridge between what your child is learning at school with what you can teach at home. Also, a daily folder will be put in your child’s cubby from the teacher as a means of communicating with you. Parents are encouraged to send notes to the teacher with questions/comments/concerns or schedule a conference with your child’s teacher.

At the end of the year, a portfolio binder will be presented to you featuring your child’s learning journey.
